Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we cannot just hold a place before we have an application been approved, and submitted the security deposit, and have signed lease. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Your security deposit is paid, and you pay the first full month’s rent when you pick up your keys to move in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 Years of age. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We won’t accept a co-signer, but we can accept a Lease Guarantor who can pass the credit reporting requirements. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes as long as there is no damage done to the property. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent through our electronic portal, with your password and ID. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Pets are on a “as allowed by owner” basis. You would need to call our office for permission. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
You would need to submit in writing that you want to move out, and your roommate would need to submit an application to prove that she can rent the house on her own. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You would send us written notification that you will be vacating the property at the end of your lease. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
If the repair is something necessary for maintaining the house, i.e. mechanical, then the property owner would pay for the repair. If it is something that you or your visitors have caused, or beyond the scope of normal wear and tear, then you would pay for the repair.
